The wider estate will also benefit from two new play spaces and additional paths, landscaping, parking and lighting.

We previously undertook a competitive tender to select a construction partner for this scheme. Unfortunately, the successful bidder entered administration prior to starting works on site.
A further competitive tender is now underway to secure a construction partner to deliver these much-needed homes for Wandsworth.
