Residential development of 106 new Council Rent homes within the Surrey Lane estate. The development comprises three blocks, ranging from four to six storeys, together with associated landscaping and environmental improvements.
News
Hill are continuing to make good progress on the development, moving towards a completion in spring 2025:
- Block A – Evelyn Dove House – is split into two cores: the scaffolding has now come down and snagging of the new homes is well underway
- Blocks B and C – Lammas House and Saklatvala House – are both mostly complete and are undergoing the last finishing touches before being ready to hand over
- Externally, Hill’s landscaping team are making very good progress installing the new features to the public realm, both in the new courtyards and the open space between Evelyn Dove and Lammas House. Hill will continue these works throughout February and March, with completion of the development expected in early spring
