Garages adjacent to Salter House, Streatham Park Estate, SW16
Description
Proposed redevelopment of the non-residential garages on the Streatham Park estate adjoining Salter House into new housing, with potential for additional landscaping and refuse collection improvements to the whole estate.
The proposed housing will be aimed at homes for local people and those working within the borough as part of our Housing for all, 1,000 homes programme.
News
Planning permission was granted on 13 June 2022 to develop the garages adjacent to Salter House into 4 new, affordable homes.
The planning application was submitted following consultation with the local community during the design phase of the scheme and their feedback was incorporated into the planning application.
We will continue to keep local people informed as the development progresses. The next steps will be to source and appoint a contractor and create a bespoke works plan.
