Description
We have commissioned a highly experienced and skilled team of architects, landscape designers and consultants to assess the feasibility for the redevelopment of previously non-residential areas of Toland Square (Eastwood South) Estate into new housing, with additional landscaping and amenity improvements.
News
The planning application for the proposed development has been amended. The application is now for the demolition of 33 existing garages and erection of 7 single family dwellings in the north east corner of the site (2/3 storeys), together with the provision of associated landscaping, refuse store, cycle parking, car parking and other improvements to the north east corner of Eastwood South (Toland Square) estate.
