Description

In January 2017 Planning Consent was granted for the erection of two four storey blocks at the corners of Tyneham Close, providing a total of eight new homes (planning reference 2016/5744).

Planning approval has since lapsed for the scheme and we are currently in the process of updating proposals in readiness for a new planning submission. Current proposals are for 14 new homes including two fully wheelchair accessible homes

A public consultation event was held on Thursday 3 October 2024 to show local residents the updated plans that are being proposed for this site. You can view the presentation boards shown at the event in the Documents section.

Following the event we will now be looking to update our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in response to many of the questions we have been asked by residents. We will be continuing to refine our plans following the feedback received from residents, with the aim of submitting for planning permission in late 2024.
