Description

Demolition of existing non-residential building and multi-use games area and redevelopment of the site to include development of two five-storey buildings providing 57 new Council rent homes and a new community room with associated bicycle parking, residential car parking, refuse storage, plant and outdoor private amenity space. Provision of a new shared street and enhancements to existing public open space (including new and improved children's play space and replacement multi-use games area) and associated landscaping.

News

The development is now almost complete, with just a small number of finishing touches to be completed internally and the works to the public realm along the front of the two blocks starting in early February 2025.

Bugler will maintain a presence on site until the development has completed and will remain there to assist residents in settling into their new homes
