There are several other websites that make a large range of public data freely available in a searchable, consistent and reusable way. Some key examples:

• The Government's data portal hosts a large range of local and national datasets
• The London Datastore has been created by the Greater London Authority (GLA) to provide easy access to a wide range of London's data
• The Open Data Communities website from the Department for Communities and Local Government provides a selection of statistics on Local Government
