If a change in circumstances at your address means that someone is no longer entitled to be registered, please use this form to let us know.
Before you start
You will need to provide:
- Your name and address
- The name and address of anyone else you would like to remove from the register

What happens next
We will take steps to remove the names submitted from the electoral register.
Current legislation requires us to obtain two pieces of evidence before an elector's details can be removed.
To remove the names, we may need to send a review notice to the registered address. If we receive no response to this letter within the notice period, the names will be removed when the register is next updated.

If you have moved to a new address, you should register to vote at your new address (GOV.UK).
