Specialist aptitude tests
For 2025 entry, the specialist aptitude tests will be held in September and October for:
- Ashcroft Technology Academy
- Chestnut Grove Academy
- Saint Cecilia's Church of England School
If you are considering applying for a specialist aptitude place in a Wandsworth school:
- Complete the school's Specialist Place Application Form
- Return it to the school by the relevant closing date
- Include the school as a preference on your online application or Common Application Form

Provision of Specialist Test Scores
Schools will directly provide you with your child’s specialist test score prior to the closing date for applications. This is a requirement of the national admissions code and will help you to assess whether your child may be eligible for a specialist aptitude place at Ashcroft Technology Academy, Chestnut Grove Academy or Saint Cecilia’s Church of England School.
