Belleville Primary (Webb's site) School Street
A School Street has been introduced in June 2024 on Bellville Road, between Webb’s Road and Northcote Road. An extension was added in June 2025 to cover the full length of Belleville Road.

Operating hours
Monday to Friday from 8.20 to 9.10am and 3 to 4pm, term time only.
During the operating times people walking, scooting, using wheelchairs, mobility scooters and cycles (including adapted cycles) will be able to enter the School Street.
Motor vehicles are prohibited during the operating times, subject to a limited number of exemptions.
How it works
- Signs notify drivers of the days and times when the School Street is enforced
- Automatic Number Plate Recognition Cameras have been installed to enforce the School Street and have been in use since September 2025
- Non-exempted vehicles will be penalised twice if both sections of Belleville Road are entered simultaneously
- All properties on Belleville Road are eligible, including WS29 and WS33 exemptions
