Lombard Road/York Road Riverside Focal Point SPD
Proposals for the Lombard Road/York Road Riverside area were adopted in 2015.
This supplementary planning document (SPD) outlines a strategy for sites proximate to the riverside north of York Road and Lombard Road. Detailed guidance for suggested sites and building heights are addressed.
Suggestions for new walking and transport routes are also suggested within the document.
We have produced Cultural Planning guidance (December 2018) on the use of Arts and Culture Provision in the Lombard Road/York Road Riverside Focal Point Area. The guidance compliments and supports existing policy. It further develops policy set out in the Lombard Road/York Road Riverside Focal Point SPD 2015 (Focal Point SPD) and the Planning Obligations SPD.
The SPD was adopted in December 2015.
