Housing in Nine Elms

20,000 new homes are being built around Nine Elms, and up to 4,000 will be available through a range of low cost housing schemes for Wandsworth residents.

Some will be available to rent at prices below the market rate; others will be available to buy through shared ownership.

About the new homes:

• 116 affordable units at Riverlight will be available from next autumn
• 60 affordable homes are currently being built at Battersea Exchange and will be available for low cost rent and sale
• 374 affordable homes which have just been secured on Sleaford Street, as part of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment

New homes will range from studio units to four bedroom family properties and come in a variety of tenures including shared ownership and affordable rent.
