Challenge a PCN
You can pay, view the evidence or challenge a parking ticket using the 'start challenge' button.
You can challenge a parking ticket if you believe:
- The ticket should not have been issued, or
- There are special reasons why it should be cancelled
You need to know your PCN number and registration to search for and challenge your PCN.
You may only use, share or disclose any images for your own PCN purposes. If you wish to use them for other purposes you must obtain our consent. Using any personal data for other uses without our consent is an offence under the Data Protection Act 2018 which could result in prosecution and a fine.
You can read our guidance on challenging a PCN before making a challenge.
Do not pay for the PCN if you wish to appeal, as the case will be closed on the grounds of liability being accepted, and no further correspondence will be responded to.
Equalities Act 2010: should you have a disability and require a reasonable adjustment to complete either making a payment or a challenge against the PCN, please contact 0208 871 8871.
