Apply for a business parking permit
You can apply for a permit online, by post or in person.
Applications made via post or in person at the Customer Centre will incur an administration fee of £25. Applications made online will not incur the administration fee.
The email address used to send out emails about parking permits and parking charge notices is donotreply_wandsworth@tarantocloud.com. Please add this address to your address book so that these emails are not blocked by any spam or junk email filters.

Apply online
To apply online you must have a parking account with us.
If you:
- Already have an account you will need to sign in to your account
- Do not have an existing account you will need to register for an account
To access your online account, you will need to know your username and password.
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it. If you have forgotten your username please call us on 020 8871 8871 and we will be able to help.
Assisted application online at the Customer Centre
You can apply online at the self-service area in the Customer Centre. Here we can help you to use the online facilities. Applications made in the Customer Centre will not incur the administration fee.
You will need to bring the required documents with you.
Apply by post or in person
All applications made by post or in person at the Customer Centre will incur an administration fee of £25. This admin fee is included in the price on the permit application form below.
You will not be charged this fee if you use the self-serve facilities or apply online.

If you apply by post:

- Payment by company cheque or postal order (payment must be made directly by the business/employer)

If you require your permit on the same day then an administration fee will apply.
How long will it take?
New online business permit applicants will be covered to park their vehicle as a permit holder pending the processing of the permit application. The interim parking cover is virtual and you do not need to display anything in your vehicle. This information is contained in the confirmation email you will receive when you successfully submit an application.
Once your permit application is approved, your permit will be sent by second class post and must be displayed in the vehicle.
