This October, we will be hosting our fourth annual Residents’ Conference which promises to be our biggest and best conference yet.

The conference is an opportunity for residents to meet and hear from Councillors and Senior Officers within the council, as well as network with peers from the community.
The day will feature talks from our resident participation team on empowering residents and the Metropolitan Police on tackling anti-social behaviour, as well as workshops on Community Clubrooms, Community Gardens, and using Housing Online.
Council tenants and leaseholders make up around one third of Wandsworth residents. We want to encourage these residents to have an active role in shaping their own communities.
Aydin Dikerdem, Cabinet Member for Housing, said:
“The Residents’ Conference is always one of the highlights of our year. It’s a great opportunity for our tenants and leaseholders to get involved and engage with the council, and for us to hear directly from our residents too.”
The Residents’ Conference will be taking place on Wednesday 15 October at the Wandsworth Civic Suite.
