The next round of the Wandsworth Grant Fund is now open for applications.

Wandsworth-based community and voluntary groups are invited to bid for grants between £500 and £10,000 for local projects that support Wandsworth residents. You have until April 4, 2022 to apply.
Free online Meet the Funder events will be held this month, where you can and get more information about the fund and how to apply, and ask questions. See registration details below.
Last year’s funding rounds helped 39 projects across Wandsworth including
- The Wagon of Dreams Project led by Jellyfish Theatre
- A pilot community composting scheme delivered by Waste Not Want Not in Queenstown
- A community activity programme with Herne Hill Harriers engaging local people and communities to increase their activity levels through the provision of bespoke exercise programmes

Applications to the Wandsworth Grant Fund are encouraged that meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Support the development and delivery of creative projects designed with and for local residents
- Help residents to volunteer and get involved in their community, including inter-generational and cross cultural projects
- Provide capital improvements (e.g. sports equipment for a community led youth team and small renovation works in community buildings)
- Improve the environment and creating better places for people to live and work Applications will be especially welcome that support the council’s Environment and Sustainability Strategy
- Support children and young people, helping them to live full and active lives
- Support the most vulnerable in our community
- Support adults (especially aged 18-24) who may be unemployed, at risk of social exclusion, at risk of crime or affected by gang culture

- Thursday 10 March 2022, 10 to 11am - Register
- Tuesday 15 March 2022, 12 noon to 1pm - Register
- Wednesday 23 March 2022, 2 to 3pm - Register
- Monday 28 March 2022, 3 to 4pm - Register
