Trained fitness staff at the gym are offering induction appointments to all existing and new members to ensure people can get the most out of the new equipment, and also to help support people as they return to the gym following the pandemic. Personal training is also available for those looking for a tailored fitness regime.
The arena also offers a full-sized athletics track and tennis courts, giving residents the choice of other sports and fitness pursuits. It is one of two full-sized council-owned athletics tracks in the borough. The other is at Tooting Bec which has just been fully refurbished and its gym, changing rooms and showers upgraded.
