Get into the hospitality industry 

The intensive entry-level hands-on course at Mission Kitchen, New Covent Garden Market, Nine Elms will give you a foundation in industry and culinary skills working in a live restaurant environment. 

The council’s Lifelong Learning team has teamed up with Mission Kitchen and the Into Hospitality partnership to help Wandsworth residents make the most of local opportunities in the hospitality sector. Into Hospitality promotes hospitality as a career and offers courses, training, and work placements at some of London’s best and most respected independent restaurants. 

The course at Mission Kitchen is being delivered by one of the Into Hospitality partners, Electric Mayonnaise. At the end attendees will get a trial placement at one of Into Hospitality’s partner restaurants.
