Find a shared ownership property

Properties are listed on the websites of housing providers that Wandsworth Council actively deal with:

Register with Homes for Londoners

Register with Homes for Londoners, the Mayor of London's affordable home ownership scheme.

Shared ownership properties can be found using the Homes for Londoners search tool, where you can search specifically by area/borough and price.

You have the option to look for Intermediate Market Rent Scheme (IMR) properties too – this is where a housing provider may allow you to rent a property at 80% of the market price with a view to you purchasing it at a later stage.

Please note that Home Ownership only serves to facilitate the shared ownership process. It will not get involved in any individual disputes that may arise with housing providers.
