Report dog fouling
Dog-fouling bye-laws:
- It is an offence to let your dog foul the footpath next to any public roads. You can be fined up to £2,500
- If your dog fouls in a park or an open space, you must use a poop-scoop
- On most of the borough's housing estates there is a no fouling bye-law that forms part of the housing land dog bye-law
- Specific bye-laws relate to housing land and poop-scoops
