Council Tax enforcement agents
If you have failed to pay the balance demanded in full before the Court hearing date on the summons, we obtain a Liability Order at court.
This gives us powers to take various actions to collect the debt. A notice of Liability Order will have been sent to you. As you failed to either pay the amount outstanding in full or contact us to make a payment arrangement, the debt has been passed to an enforcement agent for collection.
What to do
Contact the enforcement agent directly to arrange payment.
If you have already contacted the enforcement agent and they have advised you to contact us then you should get in touch.
