CCTV enquiries from members of the public
You can request CCTV data if you are the sole subject of the footage and there are no third parties involved. There is no charge for this service.
If there are third parties involved, or it is part of a criminal investigation or a road traffic incident, then the enquiry should be made by your insurance company or solicitor.
Before you start
We can advise you if there are any cameras in the area before you start the process. Call us on 020 8871 8999.
